OMAKASE Course
Our omakase course begins with a seasonal selection of appetizers, followed by a delicate dashi soup, a specialty dish, sushi, and miso soup, concluding with matcha and a traditional sweet. Each piece of sushi is crafted from the finest seafood, carefully selected and prepared by Hiroaki Yamazaki and Ryosuke Sakuma, both officially certified masters of the renowned Tsumoto-style aging method.
