Sake
The owner personally tastes and selects only the sake that he is satisfied with. We also have a well-balanced selection of sake to meet the tastes of our customers, such as “sweet,” “dry,” and “sour,” so please feel free to ask us for more information. We are also particular about storage methods and temperatures. We have a sake cellar where sake is stored at a temperature that is said to bring out the best flavor of sake. We also purchase sake in 4-couple bottles, so you can enjoy the taste of freshly opened sake any time you come to our restaurant. We hope you will have a wonderful time enjoying our sushi and sake. Wine
We have a selection of wines that go well with sushi, selected by our sommelier. We carefully select grape varieties and regions to match the characteristics of our sushi items.
