Omakase Edomae Sushi in Akasaka

Aged nigiri in the Tsumoto method, closing with matcha in our tea room. Eight seats, in the quiet of Oku-Akasaka.

OMAKASE Course

Our course features a seasonal assortment of appetizers, a delicate dashi soup, a carefully selected dish, sushi, and miso soup. To conclude, we serve matcha and a traditional sweet. For the sushi, we use only the finest seafood, prepared with the Tsumoto-style aging method and meticulously refined by hand. Each piece is crafted with precision and time-honored dedication, delivering a flavor that lingers in your memory.

Sake & Wine

Sake, as we see it, is part of what completes the sushi. The chef travels to breweries across Japan, learning the makers’ thinking and the character of each region before choosing a bottle. A considered selection of wine is offered alongside.
